I specialize in elegant, simple graphic design for print.

How old school is that?

The reports of print's demise have been greatly exaggerated.

For a long time, print was synonymous with department store catalogs, flyers and irrelevant direct mail. Some began to think of it as dated, and not "cool". But things are different now, and concepts of value have been flipped on their heads. Print can be reserved for your special, high end marketing. A beautifully printed piece has focused, tactile benefits that engage the senses and connect your brand in a tangible way to quality and permanence, something that the quick click-thru of a website will never match.

The web can have advantages over print for some projects in it's responsive design, quick updating, and mass broadcast ability at a relatively low cost. Neither is "better". It's a matter of picking the right platform for your project.
